With cooperation with property managers, building management companies, and tenants, we are working on activating communications with tenants and local communities through cleaning activities.

Participating in cleaning activities through neighborhood associations

Providing a place for recreation (pocket park at SOSiLA Ebina)

Proactive cooperation in local disaster preparedness

Maintaining central driveway, etc., with consideration for noise impacting nearby residents.

Initiatives for tenants

Increasing comfort by creating a "crew lounge," and installing vending machines

Creating an entrance hall featuring an open design to create efficient and appealing facilities and improve the working environment

Implementation of a tenant satisfaction survey (conducted in 2021)

A property management company creating a portal site that simplifies tenants' paperwork

Providing warehouse sharing service to use vacant space effectively and a truck booking system

Initiatives to strengthen resilience after disaster

We regularly exchange information about disasters and hold disaster drills to prevent greater damage following a disaster, ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster, and return to normal operations as quickly as possible.
At certain properties, we install emergency toilets and in-house power generation facilities to be used in the event of a power outage.
